Can we meet you to discuss our needs?

Yes! We love to meet our potential clients. It gives us a better understanding of who you are, what your vision is for the day and what your music preferences are etc. It is also a perfect opportunity to see if we are the right fit for your event before committing to paying a deposit. Due to current circumstances we can meet via zoom or facetime. 

How do I book your services?

Once you have decided that you want Signature Sounds to be a part of your event you will need to pay a 50% initial payment, this will will secure the booking on your date. You can do this by clicking Book Online or by logging into the portal using your login details which is be sent to you in your quotation email. Once we receive the initial payment we will send you a confirmation email outlining all of the details of your event.

The remaining 50% will be payable one month before your event. We will send you a reminder email when this is due.

What type of music do you play?

Our Djs are super versatile, it's one of our major strengths as a DJ collective. We have the music knowledge and ability to adapt to any crowd. Have a listen to our mixes to get an idea of what we play. We are also happy to take requests on the evening too. It's worth stating that we are not your 'typical' wedding DJs that only do weddings, our DJs mostly play in bars and clubs around London, so we'll be bringing that energy to your event.

Do you play for different cultures?

Over the years we have provided entertainment for all types of weddings for people from different cultures and backgrounds. English, Greek, African, Arabic, Filipino, Asian just to name a few. We are more than happy to play these types of weddings. You can even give us a list of songs that you want us to play using our online portal .

 

When will you arrive to setup?

Depending on which services/add-ons you book, we will turn up at least one hour before your event to setup. This will give us enough time to unload, setup and perform sound checks. We will also need one hour at the end of the event to breakdown and pack up our equipment.

How many people will be working on the day?

It depends on which services/add-ons you book but typically it will be two people.

Do you carry Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we carry £5m public liability insurance. Our equipment is also PAT Tested (Portable Appliance Testing) annually. Many venues require these to play. Insurance and PAT Test certificates are available upon request.

Is the initial payment refundable?

The initial payment is non-refundable.

Can I change my date?

Due to current circumstances we are accepting change of dates. Please give us minimum of 3 months notice. This is subject to our availability
